What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Sezzle Klarna.

Do you offer gift cards:

  • Yes! Scroll down to the bottom of our website and under Customer Care & Quick Links there is a GIFT CARD link that takes you directly to that page for purchase. This will allow you to send these instantly via email to friends and family.

Do you have a physical location?

  • No, not currently. We do, however, ship from multiple locations.

How do your credits work?

  • Creating an account
  • Placing an order
  • Telling us your Birthday
  • Following our social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Leaving a positive review
  • Completing your profile

Who can place orders on your site?

  • We allow those located within the U.S. purchases on our site, aside from the following states and/or territories: Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico. In time we hope to expand our online shop to cover more places.

Why am I not paying sales tax upon checkout?

  • Since we are on Online Boutique in the State of Utah, until we reach or State Nexus in each State, sales tax will only be applied at checkout for those who live in Utah.

How long does it take for my order to process and get delivered?

  • We process orders within 1-3 business days after purchase. Your order will ship within approximately 3-5 business days thereafter. During the Holiday Season there could be a slight delay in terms of shipment & delivery. Our USPS, DHL, UPS, FEDEX carriers are working overtime to get packages out in a timely fashion across the globe. So please give them grace during PEAK times of the year. Once a package is shipped, it is out of our hands regarding timing. This is the case for any shipment, online or otherwise.

How often do you run giveaways and how will I know about them?

  • These are random and we will do our best to post on Facebook, Instagram, or TIKTOK to let you know. We will also email you to let you know you are a winner. If you do not see an email from us in your Inbox, please check your spam.

Shopping on a new site makes me nervous! How do I know your company is legit and safe?

  • Rustik Sage® Boutique LLC has been in business since 2018. You can trust us! We have several companies, and we absolutely love Rustik Sage® Boutique LLC and this has built a path for us to help people, raise our family, & invest in other projects like this one!
