If you’d like to EXCHANGE an item for a different size, you will be issued a cart credit for that item once it’s returned to us and then able to place a new order for the corrected size.

Returns must be initialized within 7 days of you receiving your item(s) (7 days from the date of delivery).
All returns must be unwashed and unworn with the tags attached (where applicable), and be free of any scents, stains, and/or pet hair.
Rustik Sage Boutique has the right to deny a return and mail it back to the customer.
No items claimed during a live sale, online order, or app order can be swapped, switched, or returned unless damaged.
Once your shipping label has been printed, we cannot cancel or refund your order. Please reach out to us for additional assistance so we can discuss options.
Email us at email@example.com with your order number, name, and item(s) your are hoping to return.
If the item you are requesting to return is damaged, please provide a picture and as much detail as you can in your email.
If an approval is given for your return, you’ll receive additional information on how to send back your return. All returns must be shipped and received back to us within 7 days of your approval email and code given to you.
All return shipping costs are the customers responsibility unless the item has arrived damaged, or the incorrect item was sent.
