Return Policy:

Overview: Rustik Sage Boutique ®  

Rustik Sage Boutique ® We only give shopping/store credit- there are NO exceptions.

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or modified after checkout. It is our company’s standard to ship your merchandise as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays from USPS, DHS, UPS, FEDEX etc.  Rustik Sage® is NOT responsible for any items lost via USPS, DHS, UPS, FEDEC etc. Please contact the carrier and file a claim with them. Once your package leaves our facility, we do not have any control over what happens with that said carrier service. We do provide you with a tracking number once it’s been shipped. We try our best to get items shipped within 48 hours after your order has been placed. Due to delays that are beyond our control, please allow up to 14 business days for an item to be shipped. If your items haven’t been shipped or any email correspondence after 14 business days, please reach out.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Here at Rustik Sage Boutique ® we strive to make sure everyone receives the perfect and most true-to-size fit! In the event vendors send us products we feel are sized incorrectly; we may resize any item that we feel needs to be resized. We strive to make sure each packing slip is noted if/when an item has been resized for the most accurate fit possible. If this isn’t noted on your packing slip, please email us at: rustiksageinfo@gmail.com  regarding any sizing questions before asking for a return form to be emailed to you. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item has arrived damaged, or the incorrect item was sent.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email if the item(s) is/are defective or you have received the incorrect item so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Please email us at rustiksageinfo@gmail.com

Incorrect/Missing Items

If you received your order and there is an item missing OR you received an incorrect item, you must inform us via email within 3 business days.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges. However, if you need a different size, once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a credit for you to use to re-purchase that item if it’s still available. Items sent back to us without first emailing us will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

Return | Refund Policy

We always want your shopping experience at Rustik Sage® to be a fantastic one! Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however, sometimes your dream item doesn’t end up being all that dreamy, we’re here to help.

  • All items must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery date.
  • Please include your original invoice with your return and why you are returning with the return form.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and damage free. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, animal hair, or odors will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number references, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. Depending on the weight of an item, return shipping can cost $5.00-$25.00 U.S. If any of the items have any of the above damage, we will send them back to you and email you with information about said damage. In some cases, we may not issue credit if any of the items have the above damages.
  • If any item you received is damaged upon arrival, please email us immediately at rustiksageinfo@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged product. Failure to do so will result in a non-eligible item.
  • Store credit will only be given for returns if received and meets the following guidelines above and is dated within 3 days of the date it was delivered to you. Any item received that did not get an authorized email for the return, will be returned to you and no credit will be given.
  • Please allow 7 business days for a return to be processed as we only check our PO Box once a week. Once a return is processed you will receive an email confirmation if/when a credit update is given into your Rustik Sage® account.

  • There will be a 15% restocking fee accessed on all return products. If you used credit on said item(s) that will also be deducted.
